- we are streaming the data at CLick and so if we post a job on CLick we are categorising
Example : when a user points out plumbing in his skills and the user profile is syncing with click hr everytime there is a job post for plumbing in click hr his name and other similar users will be highlighted (sorted in a view)
Since now let's suppose we have 15 users with the skill plumbing ( 15 applications ) for the plumbing job. And there are 5 that are applied through the app. Making it a total of 20. And have a requirement of 7 candidates.
First the admin will streamline from the candidates that are interested ( those who applied from the app) and then reconfirm- and if we require more candidates for any reason any shall look into the stream created by click for the same role
