I worked at I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions as a Project Manager. During my time there, my main responsibility was overseeing the entire product design and development process, ensuring that it aligned with the company's goals. I strongly believed in a user-centered approach and conducted extensive user research to better understand their needs. Collaboration with UX/UI designers was crucial in creating an optimal user experience. Additionally, I ensured that the technical feasibility and quality standards were met by working closely with developers. Usability testing and gathering user feedback were key in making sure that the final product met the needs of the users. I also managed budgets and resources while providing training on product features.
