The purpose of this app is employee tracking, check in, and check out with respect to location and show shift which is assigned by the admin.

This application provides a platform to the workers to track their shift timing, their upcoming shifts, their work hours, location, checking in their workspace, and to notify them of any recent changes regarding their upcoming shift and for new workers to sign up. It can be used by any general public that is looking for temporary to permanent work. Just by completing their profiles, they can be placed.

The system supports the flow of information and documents between your institutions and applicants. The latter are provided with personal workflows, which can be adjusted for each exchange program. Workflows guide your applicants step-by-step throughout the whole application process and the subsequent stay abroad.

The candidates apply and appear on Click hr, once documents are verified , they are able to be placed, using the task board, once the task board is finalized, they then get a link to sign up;/ finish sign up on the y8hr app, once they go into the location of work, they are automatically checked in, ( we still depend on the on site for total hours, as cell phones dies, data issue, we ask the location to send us the hours on an ongoing basis or install biometric machines to check them in and out automatically.
THE APP IS Secondary and is there to show us overall success of the candidate placed.
